Q. How long does it take to receive your videos? A. After we receive your order we generally try to mail it out within a day or two. Please however give us a few days to process the order. When we are awaiting delivery of more copies of a particular video - especially a video that has just been released - or if a video is backordered we would generally contact you to let you know if delivery will be delayed.  After that, US customers can expect delivery within 2 to 3 days (within the US) through USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.

Foreign customers, if you live in Western Europe, the Pacific Rim, Canada and Mexico, South America and the Middle East there is 3-5 day USPS Global Priority Mail delivery to most countries (remember this is AFTER a few days for processing the order). Keep in mind though that in China, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Israel and Saudi Arabia, only the major cities have this option available. If Global Priority Mail is not available in your city, you expect delivery within 7 to 10 days.

All packages are discretely mailed using the USPS's boxes and envelopes provided by USPS.

Q. Will you let me know when my order has been mailed out? A. All credit card customers can expect to receive two e-mails from us. One e-mail confirms the order and the other will let you know when the order has actually been mailed out. If you've paid by check, money order or cash OR mailed or faxed us your credit card information, and provided us with an e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and letting you know when the order has been mailed out.

NOTE: If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail, PLEASE E-MAIL US because that means that your e-mail address isn't working and we have no way to contact you if we need to.
Q. How do I pay for your videos? A. Aside from paying online with your credit card, you can also select the link that allows you to print out our order form. The order form allows you to send us a check, money order, cash or your credit card information in the mail. If you do not have a printer just send us a short letter giving us your name and address, tell us what you would like to buy and enclose your payment. For all cash payments simply enclose the cash within the order form and register the letter to us. Please make sure that your name and address is CLEARLY written on the order form otherwise we will not be able to send your order to the correct address or contact you via e-mail.

Q. I e-mailed you guys before but never got a response! A. We answer ALL e-mail. If we didn't answer yours it is more than likely that we never got it in the first place! OR we might have gotten it, tried to reply to you and found that the e-mail address we were given was not working (this happens very often). The best option would be to just e-mail us again.
Q. If I live in NYC do I need to pay sales tax and if I do how much? A. New York City residents must include 8 1/4% sales tax. PLEASE total the product price AND shipping and handling FIRST and THEN calculate the sales tax when sending us a payment through the mail. (This is automatically calculated when you buy online using your credit card). Shipping and handling is definitely taxable!! If you don't include the shipping and handling costs when calculate sales tax we will have to pay it for you and we're not too crazy about that idea!
Q. What is the difference between NTSC and PAL format? A. Customers who live in Canada, the US and Mexico use NTSC video format only so you don't need to concern yourself with PAL. In Europe the problem is a bit more complicated and it depends on your VCR because in Europe both PAL and NTSC video formats are commonplace. So, you need to look at the operating manual of your VCR to find out if it plays PAL or NTSC. Period. If you order NTSC instead of PAL by mistake, when you return the video (or videos) to us you will have to pay for the extra cost for PAL format as well as the additional cost of the shipping and handling so please double check before ordering.
Q. Can I appear in your videos? A. If you are a male or female fitness model or bodybuilder in great shape (whether or not you have competed) you can definitely send us a photo via e-mail or snail mail.
Q. Can I trust your company to send me my videos? A. In one word, ABSOLUTELY! Our current customers and supporters know that above everything else we stress great service. In fact we pride ourselves on our integrity and fast delivery. It is never a question of whether or not you will get your videos but how soon!
