Goals: Becoming a Pedi/Neo RRT. Getting my feet wet at Nationals in Nov. 07 and then taking time off to get bigger and better than ever. My muscles are still young, so I have a lot of potential growth if I put the in the time.
Favorite exercise: Anything dealing with legs.
Least favorite: Back exercises

Started: I began training in '04 simply for competition. Love to be competitive. Competed in the Miss America system for 6 years and enjoyed the fitness portion. Met Mike and Lori George and they turned me onto bodybuilding. And my journey began! I now train with National status bodybuilder Elton Bates, who has taken my body further and able to be successful in the NPC. I have competed in 2 shows so far taking first place and overall in Louisiana and first place in my class in Oklahoma. I am still a small fish in a big pond, however, never count me out. I will bring my best to each show. It will be up to the judges to determine my placing.
