TERMS OF SERVICE
To ensure that you enjoy the highest standards of quality and service during your visits to the Awefilms, Inc. (alternatively referred to as "awefilms.com"), we encourage you to read through the following information before you register. These legal notices spell out the terms and conditions to which awefilms.com Members and Non-members are expected to adhere.

Content: The Awefilms website provides the content on this site for the personal, non-commercial use by viewers, fans, visitors, members and/or potential subscribers of Awefilms ("Permitted Users"). Any other use by any other party or entity is expressly prohibited. Permitted Users of Awefilms are granted a single copy license to download (on a single computer only) or print one copy of any of the information made available for downloading found on this site for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of Awefilms, or any material located on it, is strictly prohibited. In addition, Permitted Users of Awefilms may not: (i) modify any of the materials found in any area of Awefilms; (ii) use any of the materials found in any area of Awefilms for any public display, performance, sale or rental; (iii) remove, modify or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice, or trademarks from any of the materials found in any area of Awefilms; or (iv) otherwise transfer any material located in any area of Awefilms to any other person or entity for commercial use. Awefilms reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach or violate any provision of this Terms of Use agreement, in which case you will be obligated to immediately destroy any information or materials you have downloaded, printed or otherwise copied from this site. Awefilms reserves all other rights coincident or related to this site and the publication of content therein.

Registration and Security: As part of the registration process, Subscriber will select a username and password. Subscriber shall provide Awefilms with accurate, complete and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of Subscriber's account. Subscriber may not (i) select or use a username of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a name subject to the Rights of any person other than Subscriber without authorization; or (iii) use a username that Awefilms, in its sole discretion, deems offensive.
(a) Subscriber shall notify Awefilms of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of Subscriber's account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of Subscriber's password or credit card information. (b) Subscriber shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Subscriber's password. Subscriber must be 18 years or older to subscribe to the Service.
Each Subscriber is responsible for all usage or activity on the Awefilms website. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of Subscriber's account, at Awefilms sole discretion, and Subscriber may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Fees and Payments: Awefilms reserves the right at any time to charge fees for access to portions of the service or the service as a whole. In the event that Awefilms so elects, it shall post notice in the Member Services Area. Subscriber shall pay all fees and charges incurred through Subscriber's account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to charges for any products or services offered for sale through the Service by Awefilms or by any other vendor or service provider. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by Subscriber. Subscriber shall pay all applicable taxes relating to use of the Service through Subscriber's account. Subscriber's right to use the Service is subject to any limits established by Awefilms in its sole discretion.
Subscriber will not receive access to any service until subscription fees have been received by Awefilms. Subscription fees are not refundable in whole or in part, even in the event Subscriber's account is terminated. In the event of termination, Subscriber's account will remain active through the end of the subscription term. Subscriber understands that all Memberships renew automatically at the end of their subscription period until the Subscriber requests a cancellation.

Termination: Subscriber may terminate Subscriber's account at any time by requesting cancellation from a link in the member services section. If Subscriber is unable to access the member services section, he may cancel his account by calling CCBill at #:1888 906-0666 or (480) 449-7751 (US) or International: 001-888-906-0666 send an email to the site administrator at customerservice@awefilms.com. Subscriber will retain access through the duration of their subscription term. Subscriber is responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is deactivated. Awefilms may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend Subscriber's access to all or part of the Service for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of the Subscriber Agreement, or assignment of the Subscriber Agreement by Subscriber.
Members of the awefilms.com acknowledge that site administrators have the right to terminate membership without notice for any user who restricts, inhibits or disrupts any Membership event or attempts to alter or improperly access any feature or function of the site. A user's membership may also be subject to termination if the user posts or transmits any illegal content; harasses or threatens any awefilms.com member or Awefilms employee; posts content (including the creation of usernames) that is offensive or otherwise disruptive of awefilms.com's activities; posts unsolicited advertising; or improperly impersonates an Awefilms employee or other individual.

PRIVACY POLICY
Awefilms respects your privacy. Information provided by Members and non-Members will not be sold or given to any third parties or to any other Members or non-Members of the site. We use personal information or profile information you provide to us to fulfill your order or request; to provide you with information about Awefilms and to contact you when necessary.
Information We Collect: Awefilms receives and stores all infomation that you enter on our website. This includes: a) url you are purchasing goods or services from, your e-mail address, your first name, your last name, your address, your city, your state, your zip, your country, and your agreement to be bound by Awefilms' terms and conditions; b) check sign-up page: the url you are purchasing goods or services from, your bank's aba routing number, your checking account number, your check number, your e-mail address, your first name, your last name, your phone number, your street address, your city, your state, your zip code, the name of the person on the account, your agreement to be bound by Awefilms' terms and conditions. We use the information that you you provide to respond to customer service inquiries and communicating with you.Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
