Somewhere in the hills of L.A. a molecular scientist, Dr. Ross is working on his latest formula developed for a secret organization called M.A.S.S. the Maternal Association of Super Sisters. His current subject is Angie S who has been undergoing various phases of the formula therapy and who is about to experience another "Growth Surge".

The two have been living at this secret location for a couple of months and have developed an intimate relation beyond doctor and patient.

So begins the latest installment in the M.A.S.S series this time starring Angie Salvagno as the growing medical experiment, Mistress Treasure as Shadow, the evil muscle babe and TJ Cummings as the scientist and ultimately helpless schmoe.

Between the 3 of them there was more muscle per square inch then at Muscle Beach. Angie was bigger then we've ever seen her before, Mistress Treasure looked as if she was ready to step on stage in 2 weeks and TJ was looking like the beefy adult star that he is....the girls were very pleased.

So, TJ is this scientist who is emotionally involved with Angie, his newest growth experiment but the relationship is complicated because Angie is so super strong that she almost kills him every time they do it. That doesn't seem to stop them from trying though and after Angie almost castrates TJ with her super strong pussy, she flees their secret location fearing the next time they have sex she'll kill him.

Enter, Shadow, played by Mistress Treasure. Shadow is leader of  a group of earlier growth experiments that went just a little wrong. The women grew alright but they also became intoxicated with their new strength and see themselves as the rightful rulers of mere humans. Cruel and violent, Shadow wants the new improved formula to swell her growing ranks of super women.

With Angie gone, Shadow takes this chance to break in on TJ, kick his butt and force him to reveal the formula. While Shadow is amusing herself with TJ, Angie returns and the two women have the girl/girl confrontation that we were inevitably moving towards.
