Steve & RowenaIt has been said that to be happy you should do what you love. Well, we love (in no particular order): Marvel comics, Vampirella, muscle amazons, Frank Frazetta, Hammer films, deep cleevage, big butts, Russ Meyers and powerful women, rubber dresses, kink and stillettos. So, we figure we were destined to create and run Awefilms.

We started back in NYC in 1997 when we saw that the internet and digital photography was breaking down the technical barriers and was making it possible for any movie enthusiast to produce and shoot their own movie projects, reach their audience and then share their projects with the world.

Our passion for pop culture, trash cinema and muscle girl erotica led us to do just that.
We produced a series of short subject muscle girl action movies such as Gladiatrix, Sista Paine, Codename:FEMALE and the Growth Experiment before shifting our focus towards a members based pay site.
