Rising 300 feet tall above the city, wading across the mighty Hudson like it were a pool, striking fear and destruction as she struts, the colossal Roxi dangles men from her finger tips, crushes them in her hands, flattens them with the ball of her huge foot, plays with cars as you would a toy all the while followed by an admiring photographer who is rewarded in the end for all of his adoration.
